Meet Dr. Krissy, Founder and Higher Education Dean
Dr. Krissyvan Truong, Ph.D., established Dean’s Insider Coaching Group™ to transform how you navigate academic and career milestones. A refugee and first-generation college learner, she was valedictorian of her high school and earned a full scholarship to the University of California, Berkeley for her undergraduate education. She later earned her master's degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, and completed her Ph.D. in Education at Claremont Graduate University. Her academic journey from first-generation learner to Dean-level leader now fuels her mission to help college juniors, seniors, recent graduates, and early-career professionals access the insider guidance she wishes she had earlier in her own journey.

“We help college juniors, seniors, recent graduates, and early-career professionals make informed educational and career decisions—with honest guidance, practical tools, and a clear plan that respects your values and long-term goals.”
